Cajun Aioli

If you are going to cook Southern food, you can't just stop with the food itself. Most dishes, especially anything fried, deserves to be finished with a sauce to complement the flavor and texture profiles. Cajun Aioli is a simple mayonnaise sauce with a little kick of heat that pairs perfectly with grilled shrimp, fried chicken sandwiches, and just about everything else! Garlic and cayenne pepper flavors are slightly bold on their own, but once mixed with some mayonnaise to cool things down and smooth the sauce out, Cajun Aioli quickly becomes the sauce you didn't even know you were missing!
