Need to lay off the carbs a bit, but still craving those delicious egg rolls from your favorite local Asian restaurant? Egg Rolls in a Bowl have been around for several years now, but the flavor just keeps on staying tasty so I figured it was time to put my own spin on this recipe. You can make it KETO/PALEO friendly or go all out and add all your favorite egg roll fillings. This simple recipe doesn't need much explanation other than cook some ground meat, add some premade cole slaw mix (or hand chop it yourself all you over-achievers), and simply enjoy.
