Grubb's Sweet Heat Pork Dry Rub

Perfect for pork butts, ribs, or loins, this sweet and spicy dry rub is versatile and delicious on all things pork! Passed down over 7 generations, this rub is sure to meet your needs whether throwing some pork chops in the pan or slow smoking a shoulder for 16 hours. Just kidding, I created this mix several years back based off the classic 8-3-1 mix, but went rogue and did my own thing. It creates a great bark on smoked meats and puts a nice, subtle sweet and spicy note on everything else. Make it in bulk because you will be throwing this dry rub on everything!
