Just kidding, I created this mix several years back based off the classic 8-3-1 mix, but went rogue and did my own thing. It creates a great bark on smoked meats and puts a nice, subtle sweet and spicy note on everything else. Make it in bulk because you will be throwing this dry rub on everything!
