Begin by combining room temperature butter with both the white granulated sugar and brown sugar. Use a stand mixer or hand mixer and whip until fully creamed together.

Be sure to scrap the sides down then add the milk and vanilla extract. Turn your mixer on a low to medium low setting and add the flour and salt. Continue to mix the ingredients together until fully combined. If you are worried about consuming raw flour, feel free to spread it out on a baking sheet and toast it for 5 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven beforehand, but let it completely cool before adding it to the recipe.

After your base mixture is well combined, fold in the chocolate chips by hand and set aside for now. This is our base "cookie dough."

In a clean and chilled bowl, use the whisk attachment and beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. I found that whisking for a minute or so, letting it set for a minute, and repeating several times seemed to work better than just going for it all in one go, but do whatever makes you most comfortable when making whipped cream. You could also skip this step entirely and use store-bought whipped cream if you wish, but it isn't exactly that hard to make it from scratch and save a few pennies here and there either!

Once your whipped cream is ready, gently fold it together with the "cookie dough" until they are fully incorporated and well mixed. Making this delicious yet quick Whipped Cream Cookie Dough is really that simple! Portion some out in individual bowls topped with some extra chocolate chips or serve it in one large bowl for the game day party. You can enjoy this edible cookie dough as is, or as a dip with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit! You can also use it as cake frosting to take an ordinary box cake to the next level!

Whipped Cream Cookie Dough is more than just a dessert; it's a conversation starter, a mood lifter, and, most importantly, a delicious way to add sweetness to your game day spread. It blends simplicity with creativity, allowing you to customize and cater to various tastes and dietary needs. So, the next time you're hosting a game day event, remember that with this unique dessert, you're not just feeding your guests; you're making game day memories...Just Keep Cooking!
